do you take custom orders?

yes! check out the custom tab at the top of the page for examples and the custom order process. i would love the chance to work with you, however, i will be honest & let you know if i can or cannot complete a project the way that you envision it. i want my customers to be 100% happy so i will try to be up front with expectations. in general custom orders are a 10-14 day turnaround time. please fill out the information on the custom page for a more accurate estimate!

what's your turnaround time?
currently i am running a 7-10 day turn around for all orders placed for items listed. for bulk & custom orders the turnaround will be about 5 days longer. if your order is time sensitive please make sure to email me first to make sure i can shuffle things around and get it out on time! i aim to please.

how much does it cost to ship?
unfortunately, there is no definitive answer to this question! most orders are shipped via USPS priority mail unless the order is in bulk. the larger orders with heavier weight & longer distance to travel will be shipped vis UPS. the items on the website are priced to allow for extra shipping charges that might not be accurately estimated due to the nature of the host of this site. if you email me directly with your order {in the side bar} instead, i may be able to give you a slight break in price with a more accurate estimate of shipping.

do you deliver locally?
unfortunately, at this time we have had to discontinue our delivery locally. you are more than welcome to pick up your order here or {there is an option for that} or pay to have it shipped.

do you ship to canada?
at this time we only ship to the u.s. {does alaska count?}

do you offer refunds or exchanges?
all of our items are handmade, meaning it may include minor flaws that make each item uniquely beautiful on it’s own. however, if your item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. each situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
