do you take custom orders?

update as of september 15: our wait list is full for custom orders through the end of the year! we are working around the clock to get ready for our upcoming trunk shows and cannot take any more custom orders at this time! we are overwhelmingly grateful for your support of our little shop!


what's your turnaround time?

currently i am running a 14 day turn around for all orders placed for items in the shop. if your order is time sensitive please make sure to email me first to make sure i can shuffle things around and get it out on time! i aim to please.


how much does it cost to ship?

unfortunately, there is no definitive answer to this question! most orders are shipped via USPS priority mail unless the order is in bulk. the larger orders with heavier weight & longer distance to travel will be shipped vis UPS. please keep in mind that since the items are mostly wood, they're heavy and cost a little more to ship!


do you deliver locally?

we do not deliver. however, if you are local {allen, tx}  you can select to pick up your order.


do you ship to canada?

at this time we only ship to the u.s. {does alaska count?}


do you offer refunds or exchanges?

all of our items are handmade, meaning it may include minor flaws that make each item uniquely beautiful on it’s own. however, if your item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. each situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis.


do you offer wholesale prices?
